"The Inferno" Book Cover Redesign

This project involved redesigning the cover of a classic novel as part of an undergraduate graphic design course. I chose Dante’s Inferno and reimagined it through a modern, minimalistic lens. The design focuses on a monochromatic color palette to create a strong, cohesive visual impact while reflecting the dark and intense themes of the text. By simplifying forms and emphasizing contrast, I aimed to communicate the essence of the story without relying on overly detailed imagery.

This project challenged me to balance concept and restraint by using minimal elements to convey a complex narrative. I was also able to strengthen my skills in composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
